The long-awaited Avengers 4 trailer is here. Properly titled as “End Game,” the clip shows that even after the tragic results of Thanos’s finger snap, hope still remains within the remaining heroes.
Iron Man is left alone after most of the Guardians and Spiderman perished in outer space. He’s left floating aimlessly on a ship that’s light years away from Earth. The obvious theory is that he’ll be the first Avenger to come in contact with Captain Marvel.
Back on Earth, Captain America and Black Widow are trying their best to regroup. Hawkeye returns and has a look of vengeance in his eyes, meaning his family likely fell victim to the finger snap. Thor is briefly seen brooding in a hoodie and now sporting a full beard. Cap and Black Widow make allusions to a “plan” with the only hint being the reappearance of Ant Man, who somehow made it out the Quantum Realm despite losing the Wasp and Hank Pym. How much have his power increased?
The other lingering question is what the rest of the finger snap survivors (Okoye, M’Baku, Bruce Banner etc.) are up to.
Avengers: End Game hits theaters on April 26.
