Alen Babic is aiming to continue his winning ways and knockout streak when he takes on Adam Balski for the vacant WBC Silver Bridgerweight title on the undercard co-feature of Joshua Buatsi vs. Craig Richards at London’s O2 Arena (May 21).
Since his 2019 debut Babic has stopped every opponent within six rounds, including David Spilmont last December on the Parker-Chisora II undercard. Balski has only one defeat in 17 contests and has never been stopped.
WBC/IBF super lightweight champion Chantelle Cameron (15-0, 8 KOs) will defend her titles against former titleholder Victoria Noelia Bustos. Stakes are high as Cameron is eyeing an undisputed showdown with fellow WBA/WBO unified champion Kali Reis.
Robbie Davis Jr (22-3, 15 KOs) continues his bid to climb the rankings by facing Javier Molina (22-4, 9 KOs). Davis comes into the bout following a stoppage over faded veteran Henry Lundy last December.
Other preliminary bouts and appearances include:
- Ellie Scotney (4-0) defending the WBA Intercontinental super bantamweight title against Maria Cecilia Roman (16-6-1)
- Light heavyweight John Hedges (5-0, 1 KO)
- Cruiserweight Cheavon Clarke (1-0, 1 KO)
- Super lightweight Shiloh “Sugar Shy” Defreitas (3-0, 2 KOs)
The card will air live on DAZN.
