I want everybody to know that one thing I will never do, I will never let this man’s hard work go to waste. I will never let his life be lived in vain. All of my resources, all of my relationships, all of my efforts, all of my energy will be put forth to make sure that his dream lives on. – T.I.

Funerals were held in Montgomery yesterday for rapper Doe B (Glenn Thomas) and Troy University student Kimberle Johnson, who were killed in a December 28 shooting at the Centennial Bar and Grill.
Both funerals were held at the True Divine Baptist Church in separate services.
The 21-year-old Johnson was studying for a degree in social services at the time of her murder. Her mother, Barbara Green, stated during the service that she forgave those responsible.
In his reflections, TI vowed to make sure that Doe B’s dream of releasing a major label album comes to fruition.
