Rick Ross & Birdman Show Off the Benefits of Selling Bricks [VIDEO]

The tight budgets of the music industry have dried up the ability to do those extravagant Hip-Hop videos we used to see in the 90s. That doesn't mean videos are still important; visuals can enhance and bring new life to what would otherwise just be a routine track. Rick Ross is conscious of this, which is why he focuses on releasing multiple street videos for his mixtapes.

“Clapping at all you niggas imitating Sammy Gravano”

The tight budgets of the music industry have dried up the ability to do those extravagant Hip-Hop videos we used to see in the 90s. That doesn’t mean videos are still important; visuals can enhance and bring new life to what would otherwise just be a routine track. Rick Ross is conscious of this, which is why he focuses on releasing multiple street videos for his mixtapes. The latest in his assembly line concept is “10 Bricks” off of Ashes to Ashes.

This clip is pretty straightforward, even cliched with the jewelry and car shots. It’s to be expected when you keep in mind the song title. Birdman isn’t known for acumen as an emcee, and his verse here won’t change your mind. On Ross’ end, you can see from the above quote he’s continuing his fascination with all things La Cosa Nostra. Expect all least one more video from this project.
