Bryson Tiller is back and he has a chip on his shoulder. The master of “Trap Soul” feels his style has been jacked and watered down, so now he’s evolved (“This ain’t trap music”) to dropping “soul, rhythm, blues with a slap to it.” The confrontational swagger is exhibited on “Get Mine” with Young Thug, while “Somethin Tells Me” slows the tempo down as Tiller narrates a tumultuous love affair. The trio of songs is finished with “Honey,” which samples Christopher Williams’ “Every Little Thing U Do.”
