Pete Rock & CL Smooth have ended a 15-year absence from the road with the announcement of a 25-city tour spanning the U.S. and Canada.
The tour, which kicks off October 15 at the Howard Theater in Washington D.C., will be supported with Camp Lo as the opening act and surprise special guests for the NYC and LA stops.
After a very contentious public split in the mid 90s, the duo explained their main motivation to reunite was their fans and music legacy.
“People will finally get to hear good music and see a good show, they get to come out, have a good time and enjoy the music they loved for years,” said Pete Rock.
“It means a lot because music is the foundation of the world,” CL Smooth added. “It gives you an opportunity to know what we contributed and how inspired we were as very young men to get the opportunity to make good music.”
The tour is sponsored by Fusicology.com and tickets can be purchased HERE.
