Fokis X Andrew Davis II X Senor Kaos X 4-Ize Create ‘Total Chaos’

"This project made it possible for everyone to stay connected and look forward to getting up next year, especially the indie guys."

“When God gives you a talent don’t renounce the gift…”

Since 2008, I’ve made sure to attend Atlanta’s annual A3C festival. The three-day event brings together a mix of the most talented veterans and emerging artists to give fans a great mix of the past, present and future of the culture. Emcee/producer Fokis is building on his experience at last year’s event with a new compilation-styled album called After the A3C.

The first salvo is “Total Chaos,” which brings together Senor Kaos, 4-Ize and Andrew Davis II. Head-nodding beat? Check. Assertive lyrics? Check. Kaos, 4-Ize and Fokis perform together regularly, so the chemistry is already strong. Andrew Davis II also has no problems fitting in. Fokis pulls double-duty crafting the production under his “Fokeezy” moniker. His main objective with this project is to create an outlet to stay connected for next year’s A3C.

“Many times we all go to conferences and events and for the time spent there everything is cool, everyone is building, but after the event is over things tend to fade away,” Fokis told Beats, Boxing & Mayhem. “This project made it possible for everyone to stay connected and look forward to getting up next year, especially the indie guys.”

We’ll keep you posted on the release date. Check out his free album A Walk Through Myspace Volume 2 if you missed that January release.
