Taking Talib Kweli’s song title aside, we all know Khaled’s formula when it comes to posse cuts. Either you hate or love them. This one, while still lively, is a lot more subdued and much less sonorous than tracks like “I’m So Hood.” The production, reportedly done by 40, suits Drake’s rapper-singer style perfectly. Ross carries it good as well. The only “weak link” here is Lil Wayne, who sounds jet-lagged or like he just rolled out of bed. You’ll also note that there’s thankfully no Khaled screaming on this one.
