Seven months after the release of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, and six months after an unfinished version of the “Monster” video leaked, Kanye West has finally hit fans with an official clip of his all-star, macabre vision. There aren’t any huge stylistic changes; the video’s strength is that it’s much more polished and offers more varied, disturbing imagery. When you consider the album’s title, these are visuals that completely capture the concept: death, models, mythic creatures/monsters and erotica. If that’s not enough to entice your interest, I’m sure the extended back shots on a doggystyle-positioned Nicki Minaj should do it.
