For the last few years, Saigon has been experimenting (or perhaps searching is a better term) with production that fits him now that he’s not exclusively under Just Blaze. His new song “Nunya,” produced by DJ Premier, is the strongest hint yet that Saigon may have found his “new sound” in the vintage format of Primo’s boom bap.
