Last night’s episode of The Bad Culture Boxing Radio show featured guest Robert Littal (www.blacksportsonline.com) and added some Hip-Hop commentary with the usual thorough boxing discussions. The show kicked off with a review of what else but Kendrick Lamar’s buzzign verse on “Control” and its potential impact in changing Hip-Hop culture. On the boxing side, host Jeandra LeBeauf asks if the middleweight division is primed to become boxing’s “glamour” weight class after Mayweather’s retirement. In addition, Deontay Wilder’s recent blowout of Sergei Liakhovich and his prospects of becoming a champion are dissected.
The hour-plus show also touches on Marquez-Bradley, the super-middleweight division, the problematic reality that is Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., and the Charlo Brothers. You can stream and/or download the show HERE.
