Evidence joins Phonte, J Cole, and Big K.R.I.T. as the respected emcees that’ll be dropping albums on September 27 (Cats & Dogs). Alchemist lends his trademark brooding production for this posse cut with Lil Fame, Dilated fam Rakaa and Termanology. From a musical standpoint, this sounds like something that would’ve been on Curren$y’s Alchemist collaboration Covert Coupe. As this is a radio rip, the record-scratching is initially annoying and thankfully they lay off after the first minute or two and let the track ride out. Don’t sleep on that Evidence album later this month; it could turn out to be the best drop on that loaded release day.
