With Thor out, X-Men: First Class dropping this weekend and Green Lantern later in the month, the climate is pretty good for a emcee to release a comic book-themed song. “Comic Book Flow” will be a part of Consequence’s Movies On Demand 3 (June 14). Producer Ed Roc’s big band style horns add the needed energy to offset Consequence’s low-key voice. While there are a few lines that could construed as subliminals at his former G.O.O.D. Music camp, the track is light-hearted enough to hopefully be an indication that Cons won’t use his latest project to obsess over past grievances.
