Krucial Noise’s Mateo has the mixtape Love & Stadiums dropping next week (March 30). ReUp Gang member Ab Liva and Bay Area songstress Goapele are on hand with him for this dirge-like ballad named “Don’t Shoot Me Down.” The productions has a slightly ominous edge due to the guitar licks, but Goapele’s angelic voice and Mateo’s relaxed timbre smooth out the proceedings.
