REKS has a new album dropping March 8. What better way to hype the project than having your lead single produced by DJ Premier? As you’ll hear in the below clip, the track has Primo’s signature boom-bap with a mixture of piano and violin melodies. And of course, Premier laces the chorus with multiple vocal scratches. No CDQ quality is available yet.
Regarding the album, REKS revealed a loaded lineup of DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Hi-Tek, Alchemist, Statik Selektah, Nottz, Sha Money XL, Styles P, Freeway, and Termanology.
