MASHANTUCKET, CT — All fighters were on target at Friday’s weigh-in for Showtime’s WBC featherweight title match this Saturday. Champion Gary Russell Jr. and challenger Patrick Hyland both weighed in at the limit of 126 pounds. IBF 130 titlist Jose Pedraza tipped the scales at 129, as did UK challenger Stephen Smith.
Returning former light-heavyweight titlist Chad Dawson weighed in 175 while opponent Cornelius White made it to 176.
The card airs on Showtime at 11 p.m. ET.
