PREDICTION: I got a chance to talk with Freddie Roach briefly before the weigh-in. He was confident that Pacquiao will end this fight by the third round with a left hand. I’m a bit more generous to the Long Island underdog (although I see the same ending). Algieri is rangy, but I’m certain Pacquiao’s combination of speed and power will shock him. I expect Manny to hurt him early but unlike Provodnikov, he won’t give Algieri time to fully recover and re-establish his offense. I see Algieri’s toughness getting him through an early knockdown but ultimately not being enough to see him to victory. PACQUIAO TKO5
