It turns out that this “diss” is a fan blend of old Canibus verses. Even Ras Kass was temporarily fooled. Still no statement from the other group members yet on why Ras Kass left the HRSMN.
This didn’t take long. Over the weekend, Ras Kass announced he was leaving the HRSMN over undisclosed internal differences. Today, Canibus releases this track aimed at his former bandmate. It comes off as your typical Canibus battle rap until a drop spelling out Kass’ name in the middle of the song let’s you know who this is directed at.
Ras seems to be enjoying this since he posted the diss on his Twitter. Killah Priest and Kurupt are probably somewhere shaking their heads.

Yeah, I think it was how Ras Kass posted that made it seem real. Then other links popped up without your blend tag. Power of the internet. It’s a good time to get some more of your work out there. Lol

Considering the stunt he just pulled with J. Cole, I hope he doesn’t take it there. Still would like to hear why Ras Kass is out…
