T.I. Free After Halfway House Tenure

Per T.I.'s lawyer Steve Sadow, the rapper will be on probation until late 2012.

T.I. (Clifford Harris) is a free man following his completion of a 14 day stay at an Atlanta halfway house.

T.I. was released from an Arkansas federal prison earlier this month after serving 11 months for parole violation. After breaking an agreement to travel back to his Atlanta hometown in a low-key vehicle, authorities ordered the rapper to complete a two-week stay at a halfway house.

Last September, T.I. was sent to prison after he and his wife were caught with drugs during a traffic stop on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, California. The parole violation stems from a 2009 conviction on federal gun charges.

Per T.I.’s lawyer Steve Sadow, the rapper will be on probation until late 2012.

Yesterday, fans heard T.I.’s first post-prison music on Future’s “Magic (Remix).”
