This is one of the best Hip-Hop covers I’ve seen this year. Phonte’s much-anticipated first solo album, Charity Starts At Home, hits stores on September 27. That will be a big day for serious Hip-Hop fans as J. Cole and Big K.R.I.T. will also drop their debuts. No word yet on the producer line-up. I personally think that 99% of rap albums should be no more than 10-12 tracks, so it’s promising to see Phonte has stayed in that range.
