This isn’t a tribute celebrating Winehouse’s good points; it’s a song detailing an addict’s descent into drug abuse and a fatalistic acceptance of an early death (“You blew that money on a mountain of drugs/ And staged yourself a bed in…You’re still high but the winter set in…”).
