Since Curren$y’s departure from Lil Wayne’s Young Money imprint a few years ago, neither have had much to say about the other despite both their careers excelling. Wayne has become one of Hip-Hop’s true superstars. Curren$y has built a dedicated fanbase from his prolific output of albums and mixtapes. Wayne showed his support for Curren$y’s movement by coming out to his former artist’s recent tour stop in Miami. Could a reunion track be that far behind with Wayne or the current generation of Young Money emcees (Drake, Nicki Minaj)?
