In the new clip, Raq (played by Patina Miller) is on a mission to find her son, Kanan, but the situation takes an unexpected turn when she comes face-to-face with Krystal (Aliyah Turner), Kanan’s on-again, off-again girlfriend.
Krystal’s cold demeanor creates immediate tension, but Raq, rather than being offended, seems almost amused. It becomes clear that Raq sees a reflection of her younger self in Krystal’s tough exterior, opening the door for some heart-to-heart conversations down the road.
