Continuing on the momentum from “My Body” and “Bops,” Coi Leray has dropped the new single “Run It Up” from her upcoming sophomore project COI.
As the title implies, “Run It Up” is about maintaining the care-free vibes with Coi weaving between sing-song autotune melodies and quick bars on being an “angel in the day/and a demon in the night.” The track is available for streaming everywhere at https://coileray.lnk.to/RunItUp.
It’s been a busy 2023 for the New Jersey native with the chart-topping success of “Players” and playing festivals such as Rolling Loud California, Summer Jam, Austin City Limits and CNN’s Juneteenth celebration concert. Coi’s music also hit the big screen this month via her Metro Boomin’ collaboration “Self Love” on the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse soundtrack.
