Planet Asia’s new blaxpoitation-influenced album Black Belt Theare drops on February 28. He hooks up with fellow Fresno native Fashawn and Michigan’s Willie the Kid for the self-explanatory “Fuck Rappers.” The wailing violins, and funny commentary at the end, gives this one a laid-back, scenic feel despite the seemingly confrontational theme. Planet Asia’s LP will also feature appearances from Talib Kweli, Paul Wall, Ras Kass, Camp Lo, Toare, Strong Arm Steady and many more.

That’s what the looping, constant loud note in the background sounds like to me. I take it you think it’s a horn?
FYI I’m by no means an expert on all instrument sounds so if you can identify the loud, lopping note in the sample I’d appreciate it if you pass it along.
