?uestlove, Yasiin Bey (Mos Def) and Bilal are just a few of the names contributing to a unique night of music at the 2012 Indelible Festival. Dedicated to the memories of Gil Scott-Heron and Gordon Parks, Yasiin Bey will perform a special tribute for Scott-Heron. A tribute will also be done for living jazz legend Jimmy Scott. Other performers include Derrick Hodge, Gary Bartz and Robert Glasper.
The Indelible Festival will be held January 6 at the Highline Ballroom. The show begins at 8PM with the promise of several surprise special guests. Tickets can be purchased at www.highlineballroom.com or TicketWeb (866-468-7619).
