“He’s had his fair share of wins. Time to get another knockout defeat.” David Haye
“I’m going to get challenged in the ring. That’s exactly what I’m looking for… We’ve all been waiting for you princess.” Wladimir Klitschko
“That’s what makes great fights, the mindset of the fighters…” Emanuel Steward
David Haye and Wladimir Klitschko met the German press for the final time today before they clash on July 2 for the WBA, WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles. Wladimir tried to keep the mood light, but he’s still miffed about Haye refusing to shake his hand. Haye is standing by the notion that Klitschko is too robotic and set in his ways to beat him. Klitschko trainer Emanuel Steward calls this the second biggest superfight of his career behind the first Sugar Ray Leonard-Tommy Hearns fight. Why so high on his list? Because he feels both men are in their absolute physical and mental primes.
