Three years ago, Blu and Exile shocked the Hip-Hop world with their collaborative album Below the Heavens. The LP came out of nowhere, and since then each artist has went on to craft their own distinct identities through solo work, and other team projects. But fans have clamored for a sophomore album, and it looks like we may just get one in early 2011. On this track, Exile delivers melodic, piano-based production. Blu rhymes with the honesty of real-life experiences that’s sorely missing in much of today’s garish, fantastical Hip-Hop. Some people just have natural chemistry, and these two are a lock to pick up right where they left off three years ago. Hopefully the album comes sooner than later.
