Freddie Roach Tells Margarito In-Person Pacquiao Will KO Him

When Margarito challenges him as to why, Roach simply states the obvious. "I've seen your last two fights," he deadpanned.

HBO recently debuted their latest face-off, which put Manny Pacquiao, Antonio Margarito, and their trainers in the same room to discuss their upcoming matchup. Like previous videos, the mood was set with low lighting and brooding music to give a strong feeling of tension, and the allusion of a potential physical confrontation. So far, it’s worked best with the face-off between Floyd Mayweather and Shane Mosley.

But somebody forgot to tell Manny Pacquiao that this was supposed to be serious.

When he says to Margarito “people want to see the best fight…” he has this smirk on his face as if to say “you can’t be seriously getting in the ring with me.” And a few seconds later, Pacquiao is visibly covering his face to hide laughter when Freddie Roach bluntly predicts him to end matters by the eighth.

“I saw your last two fights,” he deadpanned.

Pacquiao-Margarito hits PPV on November 13, live from Dallas Stadium.
