“I wear tiny pants/Niggas still call me gay…” Lil B
Between the over the top songs, Joe Budden diss, getting sucker-punched by an interviewer, and today being endorsed for G Unit by Tony Yayo, Lil B’s rising popularity continues to have me mystified. But then again considering today’s market maybe it shouldn’t. The self-proclaimed “Based God” and “pretty bitch” dropped this “Free Lil Wayne” tribute today. It sounds more like a B.G. homage, as most will note the young rapper’s appropriation of the former Hot Boy’s flow and beat. His group The Pack drops Wolfpack Party on August 24. As an added bonus, check their new song “Titties” (yes, that is the title).
Note to Jay Electronica. If these guys can release songs like this, I’m sure you should have no fear that the fans will be happy with Act II. Get to it…
