Who wouldn’t like spending someone else’s money? That’s the angle of singer Lloyd’s latest single “Never Window Shoppin.” Apparently having got over the “pussy withdrawal” he detailed on his last track, Lloyd is now ready to max out his credit on shopping sprees for his special someone. On some level, all women dream/fantasize about unlimited shopping sprees, so this song should find an audience. Note the interpolation of some lyrics from Pharcyde’s “Passing Me By.” LLoyd’s new album King of Hearts is available now.
