“That pussy is used…” – Adrien Broner

AdrienBroner

Adrien Broner loves the strippers. At a recent gentleman’s club appearance, a turned up version of the WBC lightweight titlist got very intimate with a pole specialist via a brief cunnilingus encounter. Thankfully, Broner’s crew pulled him away before he converted the fourplay to a full on session.

I noted a lot of people on Twitter were aghast. I can say this as someone who’s been around athletes and artists that this isn’t uncommon behavior. And as far as boxing goes, the sport’s greatest figures (Ali, Johnson, Dempsey etc.) have also been womanizers/promiscuous. And some of their personal predilections tilt to the bizarre side, as evidenced by Oscar De La Hoya’s cross-dressing exploits.

Broner’s a flashy 23 year old bachelor (with a gang of kids), is coming into a lot of money quickly, and is in the age of big social media where nothing misses the camera. This type of fuckery is to be expected from him.

I’m interested in hearing the trash talk spin Broner’s next opponent Paulie Malignaggi puts on this. Paulie is going to be eating good (yes pun) off this over the next day or two.

Too_Short

Just before you thought matters couldn’t get any more embarrassing for legend Too $hort following his recent drug arrest, now TMZ (surprise, surprise) has footage of Short Dog attempting to outrun two officers on foot. If he forgot he’s a middle-aged man, Too $hort soon remembered within a few seconds after tripping and crashing to the pavement.

At press time, $hort is facing DUI charges for failing a sobriety test and felony drug charges after he was discovered trying to drop narcotics in the back of a police vehicle.

See Short’s Usain Bolt impersonation below.

Short speaks to TMZ about the drug charge…

A few things about this trailer for season 3 of VH1′s Love & Hip Hop. First off, God bless you, Tahiry (1:06-1:10 mark). Secondly, there’s some interesting dynamics/storylines that could give this over the top show some depth. Consequence trying to implement Islamic practices on his woman and child’s mother (who looks to be a non-believer), coupled with the spiritual contradictions of the music industry, could make for informative and compelling TV. Joe Budden fans are quite familiar with the ladies of his life through his music, but seeing his complicated relationships play out in real life will either confirm the tracks or reveal their embellishments. Not to mention, Budden seems to also be revealing his issues with addiction and depression.

With all that said, the trainwreck fuckery is also on hand for those looking for nothing more from their “scripted reality TV.” Love & Hip Hop season 3 premieres on January 7.

What to know what our real problems are? The Black Opera sprinkles social commentary over ASAP Rocky’s ode to his predilections for beautiful women. It gets the point across without being pretentious and is a reminder that this type of Hip-Hop is sorely needed to balance out hedonism and materialism that dominates much of the culture’s mainstream representation.

“Giraffes” was dropped back in August and today J. Bizness supplies some visuals directed by Andy Madeleine. The mysterious young woman showcased throughout the video goes on a journey mixing natural and synthetic highs to coincide with insightful lyrics from The Black Opera. This bonus track can be found on Bizness’ Flight Plan album.

The political rage of Killer Mike’s “Reagan” is brought to life through the lenses of animation. From the influx of drugs to the Iran-Contra Scandal, President Ronald Reagan’s tenure and its legacy is given an ugly spotlight. Definitely one of the year’s more creative videos (to go along with one of the year’s best albums).

Not the most empowering celebration of women, but it’s indeed catchy. The Dream takes the most destructive tool in recent urban history and flips it as a ode to the versatility of his woman. These are the types of concepts Pusha made his name on with the Clipse, so you know he’s right at home.

The Dream’s new album, Love IV MMXII, is set to hit stores on August 14.

Lamont Peterson has been denied a boxing license by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, effectively ending hopes of saving the May 19 rematch with Amir Khan following Peterson’s positive tests for illegal synthetic testosterone.

Yesterday, Peterson’s team submitted medical documents to NSAC officials to support their stance that his use of testosterone pellets was strictly for medicinal purposes to correct low testosterone count.

NSAC officials rejected Peterson’s stance as he nor his team had previously disclosed a=the medical condition. In addition, Peterson failed to notify Khan and his promoter Golden Boy when he was informed by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Asscoation (VADA) that his March 2012 urine sample had tested positive.

“He and his team say it was inadvertent. We consider it dishonest,” said NSAC executive director Kizer. “We have to go through the proper procedures, not least with reference to the chairman of the commission, who has final say on granting a license, but we see no alternative to refusing to grant him a license.”

Khan took to Twitter earlier tonight to inform fans of the fight cancellation and hopes to fight on rescheduled date of June 30 at the earliest. An estimated 4000 fans from the UK were expected to attend the May 19 fight.

Peterson, who won a controversial split decision over Khan in December, is expected to suspended and stripped of the WBA and IBF junionr welterweight titles he won from Khan.

At press time, Lamont Peterson has not made a statement on the NSAC’s decision.

Big Boi (Antoine Patton), one-half of the legendary duo Outkast, was arrested earlier today (August 7) in Miami for drug possession.

According to a police report posted by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department, Big Boi was brought into custody after leaving a cruise ship. Border patrol and customs canines discovered Ecstasy pills, MDMA powder, Viagra without a prescription, and undisclosed drug paraphernalia.

Big Boi has been charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. At press time, he has been released after posting a $16,000 bond.

Last year, Big Boi released his critically acclaimed debut album Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. Work on a Outkast reunion album, their first since 2006′s Ildewild, is rumored to be in the works for 2012.

Dipset member and Skull Gang founder Juelz Santana is being held without bail after attempting to sell a controlled substance to a undercover agent on school property.

Santana (LaRon James) surrendered in Westwood, New Jersey and is being held on $125, 000 bail in a Bergen County facility. According to officials, the Bergen County Gang Unit has had Santana under investigation for the last 10 months.

Santana faces four charges of possession of a weapon during commission of a crime, possession of an automatic handgun, possession with intent to distribute, and having a controlled dangerous substance on school property.

Last week, Santana’s  Bergenfield, New Jersey studio was raided. Police found 17 zip-locked bags of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Skull Gang member MC Hynief (Toby Raynor) was arrested at the scene and also charged with selling drugs on school property.

At press time, Julez Santana has not released a statement.

Looks like the money from the Dipset reunion wasn’t coming in quick enough. Nonetheless, the complete lack of common sense here amazes me. Hand to hand transactions? Even T.I. would’ve known better. Juelz could’ve learned how to insulate himself from Lupe Fiasco.

I hope Santana used some of that street money for a legal nest egg, because he’ll need all of it to get out of this jam.
